A basic need
In our most difficult moments we appreciate the basic and understand the essential. Last night, president Emanuel Macron issued a ‘state of war’ speech where he confined every individual sitting in French territory to their homes until April 15 or further notice after the COVID 19 epidemic spread throughout Europe like wild fire. The situation had been building up over the last 30 days, first appearing as a virus that would affect far away countries and later on grasping the global population with fear.
