I am Juan Francisco Pardini, a Panamanian-born coffee expert who fell in love with coffee plantations since childhood. My journey has taken me around the world:
☕ Trained in Stockholm with Joanna Alm of Drop Coffee, mastering roasting and sensory evaluation.
🌍 I have worked directly with farmers from day one, traveling to origins in Ethiopia, Colombia and beyond.
🇬🇧 Based in Paris, I have consulted on many specialty coffee projects in Paris and Stockholm.
Now, I share my passion with you, through immersive tastings that bridge the gap between the farm, the cup and your senses.
